The show was totally amazing and Ross was picked to go up on stage to help with a trick. We chatted with Colin Cloud after the show and had our photo taken with him. Played a few slots in Harrah's with the boys before catching the Deuce back to play slots in Luxor and Excalibur.
Friday 11 April
Had breakfast in the McDonald's opposite Palace Station then played some slots in Palace Station before catching the SX to the Sahara to play more of our favourite slots. Caught the Deuce to Fremont Street and tried to redeem our myvegas rewards for a free game of bingo but unfortunately the slip didn't print from the machine and we had probably pressed the wrong icon so when we went up to the bingo hall the lady couldn't process it. We eventually found a supervisor who reprinted the myvegas voucher for the next session of bingo 2 hours later. Had our dinner in Magnolias in the 4 Queens with a 2 for 1 voucher as it's my birthday month plus the lady at the players club told me I had $18 on my card which I could redeem in cash so we did that and it helped to pay the bill of $21.12 for our 2 soups and 2 pork chops which were so tender and delicious.
Went back for our 5pm game of bingo but didn't have any luck apart from the 2 free cocktails each which are included when you play bingo. Caught the CX and the Deuce back to our hotel and played slots at night in Excalibur.
Saturday 12 April
Had breakfast then caught the Deuce up to the Venetian and then walked through to the Palazzo where there was an Eagles exhibition as they are playing concerts in the Sphere. It was very interesting with lots of gig posters from the 70s plus pictures with some of their song lyrics and a little area called Hotel California.
We messaged the boys to tell them about the exhibition and discovered that they were next door in Wynn so we joined them for a group pull at a slot machine and doubled our money. Had a walk round Wynn and Encore. Dinner was in the Excalibur food court - Jim had pasta from Pizza Hut and I tried out Popeye's and had a chicken sandwich and biscuit.

Had another group pull with the boys in Cosmopolitan with a $5 profit each and then returned to our hotel to pack and to check in for our flight home tomorrow. Dinner was Panda Express in the Showcase food court. Played slots at night in Luxor and Excalibur and had a good win in Luxor and a couple of good wins in Excalibur.
Tuesday 15 April
Had breakfast then finished off packing, checked out and travelled to the airport. Spent time in the lounge before boarding our flight to London Gatwick. We had decided to try that route as the boys were on the same flight and they would organise the bus that would take us from Gatwick to Heathrow for our connecting flight up to Edinburgh. We only got about an hour of sleep on the flight as we left in the afternoon as opposed to 10pm at night like we normally do. The journey from Gatwick to Heathrow seemed to take forever due to traffic build up on the M25. The only good thing about having to claim your luggage in Gatwick and check it in again at Heathrow is that because we are still Gold members of the BA club at the moment we all got to check in at the First Wing which has it's own check in desk and it's own security area where we were the only people going through and after security the next corridor takes you directly into the first class BA lounge. We will probably never ever get to do that again ๐ Our flight from Heathrow up to Edinburgh was on time.
